Little Elvis Program Q & A

Q. What is the overall goal of the program?
A. Our academy’s overall goal is to use Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as the vehicle for children to learn self defense, self discipline and self respect.
Q. What should one expect going through the curriculum?
A. Through our curriculum our students should expect to get a good physical workout through going through drills and techniques, as well as find their body developing in the necessary ways to practice the art.
Q. What about mentally?
A. Mentally they will be learn the discipline and problem solving skills necessary to conquer all obstacles in their life. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was developed for the individual to learn about how to use their own advantages and limitations in order to conquer the obstacles in front of them.
Q. What do you need to bring to class?
A. All students should be in uniform which includes a kimono top and bottom as well as the belt which shows their current rank. We also want kids to bring a notebook which is exclusive to their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu curriculum so they can write their own progress as well as what they learned today.
